I am trying to put some newer prints in the kids room and last weekend, Addy saw this idea online, so we duplicated it. I hope she is more creative than me. I am not that original with my ideas, but I know when I see something I like.

This girl, so cute in her purple, turned one a few weeks ago. She was ready to go and gave me plenty of smiles!

You might recognize this little guy as the cover boy for e fort smith’s Christmas magazine. But, he’s been blessed with way more than just looks, this guy is full of life and a mom and dad that I cherish! You guys are great parents. Happy 2nd Birthday special one!

my funny valentine’s!
I have always loved February 14th. Whether I was a little girl and my mom and dad loved on me a little extra that day or a girl in love with my forever Valentine, this day is a bright spot in the dead of winter. I love to do some extra with the kids instead of more stuffed animals and candy. We went skating and had a great day. Here are their school Valentine’s for 2010. Thursday night my dog, Murphy, got really sick and the vet could nothing for him Friday morning…so this has been a pretty tough weekend for me. I don’t know how people loose a child tragically…..and survive it. Murphy was part of our family and he was such a good dog.

Winter
As much as I love the spring, summer and fall season of life, this winter has really been a time for my family to spend quality time together. The snow has been so beautiful. Today was no exception. Winter 2010 will be one to remember that’s for sure.

My mom turns 65!
Isn’t she the cutest! She doesn’t look 65 does she? I am so blessed to have her listen to me talk school, kids, business, daily stress, cooking…. I could go on and on. My favorite aspect about her and I should have more of…is her mercy for others. God gave her his extra touch with that fruit of the spirit. I love you mom!
